I was born with a hammer in my hand but I didn’t hold it for long. I soon picked up a multimeter, a set of oxy-acetylene torches, a concrete trowel, the controls of heavy equipment, safety audit software, home inspection software, and all kinds of other things pertaining to building science. After years of ups and downs, finding my way in this world, I’ve finally settled on the one thing I learned that was the most honest money that I can earn. As a home inspector, I literally cannot lie. I can’t speak for my competitors that I don’t know, albeit, the ones that I am friends with are great. The moving parts of a real estate transaction aren’t common knowledge to most buyers. That’s where we come in. The main difference between us and our competitors is that we advocate and serve long after the initial transaction. We don’t charge for that service, we help our clients because that’s how we’re made, that is our guarantee.
